Part-time Year 5 Teacher

We have a part-time opportunity for an experienced Year 5 primary teacher to work at a lovely primary school in Putney. The role starts in September for two terms, requiring 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across all subjects, assessing learning, and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment.
• Work alongside experienced teachers in the key stage and supportive teaching assistants, with regular opportunities for shared planning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to demonstrate consistently good or outstanding teaching.
• Have good knowledge and experience teaching the KS2 curriculum and phonics.
• Have experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Be committed to ensuring all children succeed.
• Be organised and hardworking.
• Be creative, flexible and committed.
