They will support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences and assist in the support and development of students throughout the school. The hours of work will be Monday (8am-4pm) Tuesday-Thursday (8:30am-4:30pm) Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm) term time plus inset days.
Responsibilities
- Supervise work that has been set in accordance with the school policy.
- Provide feedback to the classroom teacher on the pupil’s progress against lesson plans, conduct of the lesson, and keep pupil-related records.
- Provide additional support to teachers in classrooms, carrying out administrative tasks when not covering a class.
- Report pupil and school issues in line with the school’s policies for health and safety, child protection, behaviour management, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including reference checks with previous employers, online checks, and an enhanced DBS check with the Disclosure & Barring Service.
