What are the responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative?
The Sales Development Team generates new business and grows existing accounts through outbound sales activities. This essential role involves identifying potential clients and initiating contact via phone, email, and social media, while also maintaining account relationships.
- Place 50–70 outbound calls to set appointments and initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
- Manage accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through lead generation activities.
- Continuously prospect via LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources.
- Utilize email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.
