Responsibilities
- Partner primarily with Amazon EU and international markets (SEA, MENAT) and relevant agencies to deliver high-quality measurement and analytical support that drives understanding of campaign performance and platform value.
- Lead the development of data clean-room capabilities to enable privacy-safe, audience-level measurement and attribution in collaboration with Amazon and internal technical teams.
- Develop measurement architectures and scalable frameworks in collaboration with revenue, product marketing, and product managers to determine the right measurement approach by market, line of business, and data readiness.
- Translate complex analytical results into actionable recommendations that help Amazon optimise their media investment and drive measurable outcomes.
- Identify and activate test- and learn opportunities (e.g., RCTs, brand lift studies, incrementality tests, creative experiments) to build Amazon’s confidence in TikTok measurement across markets.
- Build measurement capability and education within EU and international markets, equipping regional teams and stakeholders with the tools, frameworks, and fluency to act on data.
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in internal product, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal education on best practices for experimentation, attribution, clean-room measurement, and business outcome measurement for large global advertisers.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital advertising, marketing analytics, or measurement roles within a platform, agency, or analytics supplier.
- Familiarity with experimental design, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modelling.
- Strong understanding of programmatic auction and commonly used ad products within the ad tech ecosystem.
- Understanding of how small and medium business (SMB) advertisers approach performance measurement and optimisation.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical outcomes into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated success collaborating effectively in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience with SMB, long-tail, or self-serve advertising ecosystems.
- Experience with SQL, HIVE, R, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Familiarity with privacy-first measurement innovations and data governance principles.
- Passion for making measurement accessible, educational, and impactful for small businesses.
