Pay: £16 per hour
Shifts Available: 5 x 24 Hour Shifts Per Month – The pattern for the entire shift itself, is below:
- 10am – 11:30pm
- 11:30pm – 7:30am (Sleep-In)
- 7:30am – 10am
Access To A Vehicle Required Due To The Geographical Location Of The Role – Full UK Driver’s Licence Needed.
Role Overview
UNIQUE SUPPORT WORKER OPPORTUNITY IN WINCHESTER

You’ll be joining a team supporting a Lady with a spinal cord injury who never allows the fact that she is now a full-time wheelchair user to limit her ambition to live life to the full. From supporting her with her daily routines to enabling her to travel, undertake activities and trips out no two days will be the same.
Our client knows what she wants, she just needs the right person to support her meet her goals.
Responsibilities
- Support a Lady with a spinal cord injury with her daily routines and personal care.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to allow her to travel, undertake activities, and trips.
- Help with medication administration, catheter care, and stoma care if required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and child‑friendly environment for her.
- Work as part of a team that organizes its own rota and enjoys protected meal breaks and downtime.
Qualifications
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Experience or interest in complex care is desirable (e.g., knowledge of C-Pap ventilation, catheter care, stoma care, medication administration, moving & handling equipment).
- No formal qualifications required – full training will be provided.
