The role is based at the Company’s head office in Lisburn. Reporting to the Procurement & Systems Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multitude of administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, maintaining stock information on internal system and other data entry tasks.
The person will have opportunity for personal development whilst adding value to a highly motivated and results driven team.
Main Duties/Activities
- Uploading purchase order information onto internal system and sending invoice to customer.
- Maintaining accurate stock movements.
- Organising delivery of supplies and maintaining records.
- Performing data entry roles on excel.
- Updating stock information on company system.
- Other duties as directed by Management which fall within the reasonable remit of the job.
- 1 years’ experience working in an admin role or similar environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
