Qualifications
- 3 years experience as either a Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager etc
- Based in the Manchester area
- Could be working as a Property Manager for a College, Housing Association, Pub / leisure group etc
