We’re working with a professional organisation in Bristol seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to support day-to-day office operations.
Key duties:
- Manage incoming/outgoing post, scanning and couriers
- Keep the office tidy, organised, and well‑maintained
- Support meeting room setups and office events
- Assist with health & safety checks, inductions, and DSE assessments
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with contractors
- Support recycling and sustainability initiatives
About you:
- Hands‑on and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable being the go-to person in the office
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Facilities experience or IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
