Looking for a hands-on role where you can keep a busy office running smoothly?

We’re working with a professional organisation in Bristol seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to support day-to-day office operations.

Key duties:

  • Manage incoming/outgoing post, scanning and couriers
  • Keep the office tidy, organised, and well‑maintained
  • Support meeting room setups and office events
  • Assist with health & safety checks, inductions, and DSE assessments
  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with contractors
  • Support recycling and sustainability initiatives

About you:

  • Hands‑on and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable being the go-to person in the office
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Facilities experience or IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
