Key Responsibilities:
As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the hotel’s five-star standards and ensuring smooth daily operations:
Oversee and supervise the department’s day-to-day activities
Check guests in and out using the Opera Cloud system
Conduct daily staff briefings and support team communication
Cover night shifts in the absence of the Night Manager
Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service delivery
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a confident and hands-on leader with strong operational awareness and attention to detail:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a 4 or 5-star hotel
Proficiency with the Opera Cloud system
Excellent communication and team management skills
A professional, guest-focused approach and calm under pressure
