Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Horsham

20 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must manage early starts and late finishes.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
  • Assist with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑packed store and prepare orders.
  • Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; you should have experience as a keyholder or supervising team members.
  • Handle keyholder responsibilities: open/close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
  • Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for great deals.
