We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Blaenau Ffestiniog for a reliable and safety-conscious FLT Driver to join their busy warehouse and production operation.

The Role
As an FLT Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently by safely transporting materials throughout the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
Supplying raw materials to production
Delivering packaging materials and production stock
Transporting finished goods to the external storage area
Booking finished goods into stock accurately
Supporting recycling and waste management activities
Carrying out daily FLT safety inspections and completing check sheets
Working closely with warehouse, logistics and production teams
Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
To be successful you’ll have:
A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence and recent practical driving experience
Experience working within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
A strong awareness of health and safety
Good communication skills
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A reliable, flexible and positive attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
