Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and collaborative team at Heybridge Primary School. The role involves assisting in delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one‑to‑one and small‑group basis, and working with the teacher to develop resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies that support individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching in the classroom, on a one‑to‑one basis and in small groups.
  • Help develop appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Support children to reach their academic potential and raise the achievement of all students of all abilities.
