Solihull Community Housing

We are looking for an exceptional person to work with as a Service Support officer in our Contact Centre. Our Contact Centre is the point of contact for all our customers across the Solihull area, you will be part of our team helping deliver an excellent customer service as well as supporting the team to achieve our key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and development to new and existing staff.
  • Work with all areas of the business in response to service changes and continuous improvements.
  • Support and guide the organisation through our ongoing journey of transformation.
  • Help maintain the Contact Centre as a challenging but rewarding environment, playing a key part in ensuring customer excellence.

Interview Date: Week commencing 20 July 2026.
