About the Role
As a Production Operative you will be trained to work with tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high‑quality results. This role helps us deliver high‑quality products and supports our purpose across the business. There are opportunities for career development and collaboration across teams.
Duties
- Operate machinery safely
- Meet production targets
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Participate in training
Hours of Work
10:00 am to 10:00 pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

- Fit enough to perform the duties, which are varied and sometimes physically demanding

Location
This position is based at our Ewhurst site, which is near Walliswood and Oakwoodhill and is easily commutable from Horsham, Cranleigh, Guilford, Goldaming, Redhill and Crawley.
