Contract Cutover Manager – £400 outside IR35 – 100% remote – 6 months

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract Cutover manager, this is initially 6 months, outside IR35 paying £400 per day, 100% remote working, looking for someone who has previous experience working in food and beverage/manufacturing environment working on ERP cutovers.

Essential skills for the role:

Proven experience leading ERP cutovers or large-scale system go-lives (In manufacturing, FMCG, or food & beverage environments).
Demonstrated ability to build and execute detailed cutover runbooks with minute-level precision.
Strong understanding of data migration processes, including cleansing, validation, and post-migration reconciliation.
Experience managing complex interface landscapes – EDI, API, and Middleware integrations.
Confident facilitator and communicator – able to command cross-functional teams under pressure during live events.
Ability to make rapid, evidence-based decisions at go/no-go checkpoints.
Experience operating factory or operational environments during system transitions.

Desirable skills:

Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience in FMCG manufacturing, food production, or supply chain operations.
Project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
Experience facilitating ITIL-aligned change management or production release processes.
