Description :What you’ll be doingDelivering Royal Navy Communications systems maintenance and repair training Working collaboratively across functional areas within Weapons Engineering delivery areaEnsuring outstanding relationships with the customer and within the Weapons Engineering training area.Using data, information and insight on the performance of individual establishment to drive continuous improvement and learning across the RN WE training.Ensuring KPI’s and SLAs are met or exceeded relating to the delivery and assessment of learning across Royal Navy training including simulated and synthetic programmes.What we’re looking forEssential Skills/Experience/QualificationsExperience in principles of Communications systems, maintenance & fault diagnosis of these systems.Foundation Degree in Engineering (FdEng)Desirable Skills/Experience/QualificationsLevel 3 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled on an internal training course if not held).Maintenance & fault finding on Military engineering communication systems or equivalent experience.Understanding of Royal Navy Weapons Engineering departmental workings or equivalent experience.About SelborneSelborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.
