Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead one of our services and drive excellence in care delivery.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will provide strong leadership to your team while ensuring the service consistently delivers safe, high-quality, person-centred care that meets all regulatory and organisational standards.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, supporting staff development, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Ensure the service complies with all relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, inclusion and person-centred practice.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, supervision and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, governance and quality assurance.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
- Monitor budgets and resources effectively.
- Participate in the organisation’s performance management processes.
- Undertake on-call responsibilities as required.
- Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role.

Essential Qualifications
- Professional qualification in:
- Social Work
- Applied Social Studies
- First or Second Level Nursing
- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Management qualification (or willingness to complete within six months of appointment).
- Current registration with the relevant professional body where applicable.
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ paid experience within Health & Social Care.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience managing teams, resources and service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within Health & Social Care.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (reasonable adjustments will be considered where applicable).
- Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to travel as required.
