Who were looking for
As the IT Service Delivery Analyst, youll provide first and second-line IT support to colleagues across the organisation, delivering high quality technical assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience. Youll have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to resolving IT issues.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring all service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed service level agreements. You will also perform routine maintenance and support tasks and assist with testing and deployment of new IT systems and technologies.
You will have previous experience in an IT support role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of IT support processes and best practice. Youll be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
