Project Manager – Electrical (Office Fit‑Outs)

Location: North West (Liverpool / Manchester / Warrington / St Helens)

Overview

We are looking for a high‑caliber Project Manager to join a growing electrical contractor specialising in high‑end office fit‑outs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical packages on office fit‑out projects from pre‑construction to completion
• Review and interpret Stage 3 design information and develop it into buildable solutions
• Identify design gaps, coordination issues and compliance risks early
• Produce and manage technical submissions (lighting, distribution, containment, controls, etc.)
• Maintain programme control, identifying risks and opportunities for resequencing
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery
• Manage procurement and subcontractors
• Lead client and contractor meetings with confidence and clarity
• Oversee commissioning, testing and handover documentation
• Maintain strong commercial awareness, supporting variations and cost control

You will

• Have experience delivering electrical packages on commercial / office fit‑outs
• Be confident reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
• Understand key standards such as BS7671, BS5839 and Part L
• Be organised, proactive and detail‑driven
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Take ownership and pride in delivering high‑quality work

• Experience developing contractor design from Stage 3 to Stage 4/5
