Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to clients throughout the shift, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Administer medication, record care activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform emergency first aid and follow all mandatory e-learning modules.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote wellbeing, using the equipment and PPE supplied.
- Support clients in maintaining choice and independence, in line with our “Your Life, Your Choice” ethos.
Qualifications & Skills
- Patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to others.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination and resilience.
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
- No formal qualifications required – we welcome life experience and a genuine caring attitude.

- £13.12 per hour.
- 28 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (pro-rated for part-time).
