Field IT Technician: Onsite & Remote Support

Apogee is seeking a Field Service IT Technician to support customers in London and Home Counties. This role involves diagnosing and repairing laptops and desktops and providing necessary user support. You will engage in both onsite visits and remote assistance, ensuring smooth operation of customer systems.

The position offers either a three-month contract, with potential to transition to a permanent role, or a direct permanent appointment. Ideal candidates will possess strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of hardware and software.
