IT Support Technician
As an IT Support Technician at Graveney School, you will provide technical support to staff and pupils across multiple campuses and, when required, to our Trust Primary Schools.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to a diverse range of users, including troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Resolve both simple and complex queries related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and other school equipment.
- Deliver remote and in‑person support for staff and pupils, ensuring minimal disruption to teaching activities.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a safe digital environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Windows packages and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in an educational setting is desirable, though not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
