Casual Food & Beverage Assistant
Pay: up to £12.71 per hour
We are looking for dynamic individuals to work as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Assistants that puts great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Our guests stay 7 days a week, so we need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts to suit the needs of the business.
Main duties
- Form part of our busy restaurant & bar team, greeting all guests and supporting the supervision of all stock levels.
- Take orders as required and support Meetings & Events as needed.
- Communicate confidently about all food and beverage offerings available to customers, anticipating guest needs as far as possible.
- Accurately deal with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
- Provide a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with guests, ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service position.
- Attentive, professional customer service skills delivered with a smile.
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
- Knowledge of processing payments; experience with Micros would be advantageous.
