About the Job
As a Technician, you will be responsible for efficiently carrying out maintenance, repairs and replacement work assigned by the Chief Engineer to the required standards, ensuring that engineering principles and safety procedures are adhered to. You will be an integral part of the engineering operation, ensuring company FLHSS standards and checks are completed as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handling the assigned maintenance tasks and checks
- Promoting professionalism and adhering to policies and procedures as trained
- Performing the assigned inspections, repairs, and maintenance for all building components
- Following as trained all the fire and life safety procedures and standards
- Reporting to the Chief Engineer/Engineering Supervisor and Duty Engineer immediately any unusual events that occur, whether in respect of the engineering operation, physical plant, or H&S matters
