Beauchamps High School is seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to work term-time only, providing essential support to students with diverse learning needs. Your role will involve creating an inclusive environment, helping pupils thrive through one-to-one and small-group support, and assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

You should be warm, adaptable, and confident in communication, willing to collaborate with staff and families. Experience in a school or SEND setting is advantageous but not essential.
