MLOps Engineer (12 months)

Overview

We are a Data & Analytics Delivery department within a Building Society, focused on building, improving and innovating solutions. We are looking for a data professional to help us evolve our work processes to be faster and more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test quality machine learning and data engineering solutions.
• Support development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models and data pipelines.
• Challenge and improve processes, tools, and approaches.
• Lead review and assurance activities.
• Provide guidance to team members on design, build, and test activities.

Requirements & Conditions

• Hybrid working: 2‑3 days per week in office.
• Travel to other sites for key meetings and collaborative work as required.
• Based in Coventry, with occasional out‑of‑hours work within the Society’s overtime policy.
