Due to continued growth and expansion, Queens Quarter Housing Limited (QQH) is recruiting Project Support Workers to help shape positive change within the homeless sector.

Queens Quarter Housing provides supported accommodation to single homeless adults across South Belfast, working in partnership with the NIHE and Supporting People to deliver intensively managed emergency and longer‑term housing for individuals with complex needs.

As a Project Support Worker, you will provide front‑line, person‑centred support to Service Users with multi‑complex needs, helping to improve wellbeing, build independence, manage crises and support individuals towards stable, permanent accommodation. This is a rewarding and hands‑on role where your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on vulnerable people within our community.

As part of QQH’s continued development, we are also proud to be launching our first‑ever women‑only accommodation service, a new trauma‑informed facility designed to provide a safe, supportive and empowering environment for women experiencing homelessness and complex needs, including domestic abuse, trauma and exploitation.

While this role is part of the wider Project Support Worker team across QQH services, successful candidates may have opportunities to contribute towards and support the development of this important new service as part of their role.

This is an exciting time to join QQH as we continue to grow and strengthen the support we provide across Northern Ireland. We are looking for compassionate, resilient and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.

If you want a career where your work genuinely matters and where you can help people move towards safer, healthier and more independent lives, we would love to hear from you.

You must have the right to work in the UK. Please note that you do not need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK at the application stage. If you are shortlisted, original document(s) as per this document will need to be provided to HR before the interview.
