Nursery Teacher – Telford (Primary School – EYFS Focus)

Monarch Education are working with a primary school in Telford to recruit a full-time Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team.

This role is specifically focused on Nursery (3-4 year olds), making it ideal for a teacher with a strong passion for early childhood development and experience within EYFS settings.

About the role:

• Lead a Nursery class, focusing on early learning and development
• Deliver play-based, child-led learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s communication, language, and personal development
• Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Monitor progress against EYFS milestones and early learning goals
• Work closely with support staff and build strong relationships with parents

What we’re looking for:

• QTS or EYTS – essential
• Proven experience in Nursery or Early Years settings
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning opportunities
• Patient, caring and consistent approach to behaviour and routines
