We are seeking a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to support pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) on a full-time basis.
We are looking for individuals with experience working with children, including:
- Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) roles
- Nursery or childcare experience
- Sports coaching
- Babysitting
- Scouts or youth group involvement
- Holiday clubs or similar settings
You should be:
- Passionate about working with young children
- Patient, caring, and proactive
- Able to support learning through play
- A strong and reliable team member
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Working with small groups and individuals on targeted interventions
- Assisting with early literacy and numeracy development
- Supporting children’s social and emotional growth
- Helping with classroom and outdoor learning activities
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement
- 12 weeks holiday per year (school holidays)
