We’re partnering with a leading premium FMCG business to recruit a Senior National Account Manager – Pureplay.

This role will take ownership of Amazon & Moonpig and key marketplace partnerships, with full responsibility for delivering sales, profit and market share growth across some of the UK’s most strategically important digital customers.

Perfect for an experienced National Account Manager looking to step into a senior role, or an established SNAM seeking broader responsibility within a high-growth eCommerce channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership across Amazon & MoonPig
  • Lead Joint Business Planning and annual commercial negotiations
  • Drive Amazon Retail Media and digital activation performance
  • Deliver sales, profit and market share targets
  • Partner with Supply Chain to maximise availability and forecast accuracy
  • Coach and develop a National Account Executive
  • Identify new growth opportunities through customer, category and shopper insights

Qualifications & Skills

  • FMCG account management experience
  • Strong Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central capability
  • Proven success delivering Joint Business Plans and commercial growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation capability
  • Passion for eCommerce and digital retail
  • High-profile customer portfolio
  • Hybrid working model
