What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the day‑to‑day operations of the site, ensuring exceptional standards throughout
• Managing on‑site teams and external contractors to deliver high‑quality services
• Managing budgets, monitoring spend, and supporting financial processes
• Building strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and partners
• Supporting site developments, refurbishments, and new tenant fit‑outs
• Driving continuous improvement across operations, sustainability, and occupier experience
