Principal Recruitment Consultant – Legal
Location: City of London – EC3A 3DH
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Run the full 360 recruitment process within Legal
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunt and build talent pools
- Achieve sales targets and consistently increase gross profit
- Help shape the continued growth of the legal division
- Keep up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
- Conduct client and candidate in‑person meetings
- Develop an annual business plan
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Work closely with a collaborative team that shares knowledge and celebrates wins
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment industry experience, including experience within Legal
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Potential openness to future management roles
- Team player who enjoys working in a close‑knit, high‑performing group
