Responsibilities

  • Account management: maintaining and growing relationships with established clients across UK education and the wider public sector.
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates across teaching, education support, local government, and broader public sector markets.
  • Stepping into a warm, well‑established desk with an existing client base and steady flow of live vacancies.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle – from first brief to accepted offer.
  • Building your own client and candidate network over time.

Qualifications

  • 2:1 degree or above (any discipline) or at least 3 years of experience in a commercial setting (e.g., sales, hospitality, the forces, sports, retail).
  • Competitive by nature – sports, side hustles, sales experience, or anything that shows you’re driven.
  • Confident communicator comfortable picking up the phone.
  • Motivated by results and uncapped earning potential.
  • Ready for a work‑hard, play‑hard environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.

This role is fast‑paced and target‑driven, with no ceiling on earnings or progress.
