Job description Project Support Officer (Part‑Time)Salary: £26,530 pro rataHours: hours per weekContract: Fixed‑term until March 2027 (with potential extension)Location: Belfast (hybrid working arrangement)Start: ASAPStaffline Recruitment Ireland is delighted to partner with an established organisation to recruit a Part‑Time Project Support Officer on a fixed‑term basis.This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated administrator to support programme delivery, project activity, stakeholder engagement, and events within a small, collaborative team.The RoleYou will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across a range of initiatives, ensuring programmes and projects run smoothly and efficiently. The role is varied and will suit someone who enjoys working with detail, diaries, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to programmes, projects, and funded initiativesOrganise meetings, workshops, events, and training sessionsMaintain accurate records, databases, and project documentationSupport stakeholder and partnership engagement, including minute‑takingAssist with reports, monitoring information, and funding returnsSupport communications activity and event logisticsEnsure compliance with internal procedures and funder requirementsEssential CriteriaPrevious experience with programme administration or project support (planning, implementation and review of programmes)Strong organisational and time‑management skills to assist with coordination and scheduling Minute taking experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompetent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesGeneral or routine administrative experience alone ( filing, inbox management, basic data entry) will not meet this criterion unless it clearly demonstrates programme-level support and coordination.Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland with full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom…
