Contribute to the training and development of junior doctors and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)

Completion of specialist training in Anaesthetics and possession of the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent

Experience in providing anaesthetic services in a hospital setting

Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)

Leadership and management experience

Research experience and publications in peer-reviewed journals

Compliance with GMC standards and professional conduct

Participation in regular appraisals and revalidation processes
