3Search’s Technology Sales practice is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a 360 position to inherit a historically high‑performing desk (£300k YOY). Working closely with the Founder, this is a social role with plenty of time spent out of the office at events, networking, face‑to‑face conversations and meetings with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on existing live roles passed by the Founder
- Win new clients in a London market which has been fully mapped out
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, proactive sourcing, to offer closing
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
- Work cross‑functionally with consultants across 3Search and wider 11 Investments brands
Ideal background and skillset
- A desire to win new business with strong delivery capability
- A strong work ethic and genuinely care about delivering a good experience
- Be able to network and build strong in‑person relationships
- Coachable and a want to constantly improve
- We are open on sector experience, but recruiting for sales roles would be a plus
