Morgan Hunt are looking for qualified and dependable Electricians. The role involves working across a range of properties, Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of electrical work, including installation, testing, inspection, and fault finding Complete electrical works in void properties to prepare them for new tenants Undertake responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied homes Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner Complete certification and maintain accurate records of all work carried out Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in tenanted properties Requirements:
~ Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)~18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification~ Testing and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable~ Full UK driving licence (van provided for work use)~ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail~ Good communication and customer service skills
