Labourer / Modular Building Operative

Pertemps are proud to be recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Modular Building Operative to join our client’s growing team in Mansfield. This is a hands-on role working within the modular building industry, assisting with the construction, fitting and finishing of modular units.

Location: MansfieldPay: £14.00 per hourHours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the assembly of modular buildings.
• Carrying out basic joinery and fitting work.
• Installing fixtures and fittings.
• Using a range of hand and power tools safely.
• Supporting skilled trades where required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Completing work to a high standard of quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous labouring or construction experience.
• Basic joinery or fitting experience would be advantageous.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• CSCS Card preferred but not essential.

What’s On Offer

• £14.00 per hour.
• Choice of weekly or monthly pay.
• Ongoing support from the Pertemps team, 24/7.
• Early finish every Friday.
