A growing, RIBA Chartered architectural practice is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their team. Youll work across a varied project portfolio including heritage, healthcare, commercial and residential schemes, with plenty of new projects in the pipeline.
This is a great role for someone who wants real responsibility, variety, and the chance to work through all RIBA stages in a supportive, collaborative environment.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Delivering projects from concept to completion (RIBA 16)
Producing drawings, visuals, models and technical details
Using Revit + AutoCAD daily
Coordinating with external consultants
Supporting project leads and contributing to design development
ABOUT YOU
ACIT / MCIAT (or working towards)
3+ years experience in an architectural practice
Strong technical detailing + analytical skills
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations + planning procedures
Confident communicator with strong written English
Highly organised, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
Freehand sketching/model-making skills are a bonus
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Up to £40,000 + Bonus
