We are working on behalf of our client to find a HGV Technician
Overview
We are looking for an experiencedHGV Technicianto join our team in Ipswich. You will carry out maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a fleet of heavy goods vehicles, ensuring all work meets safety and legal standards.
Responsibilities
Routine servicing and repairs on HGVs
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
MOT prep and safety inspections
Accurate record keeping
Working safely and efficiently within the shift pattern
Requirements
Experience as an HGV Technician/Mechanic
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
Strong diagnostic skills
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence an advantage)
