To Succeed in This Role You Will Need:

• Experience in managing your team through strong leadership
• Understanding & maintaining all aspects of compliance
• Passionate about fresh food, ingredients and creating your own dishes
• Achieving GP targets & controlling waste
• Calm and professional in busy environments
• Proven track record of reporting to the GM and working with FOH
• Taking pride in maintaining your kitchen
