Outreach Health Assistant: Home Visits & Phlebotomy

NHS is hiring a Healthcare Assistant to join the Outreach team in Wymondham. The successful candidate will visit patients’ homes to conduct health checks and perform duties such as phlebotomy and urinalysis.
