About the Role

Summit Rec2Rec partners with leading agencies for the Manchester Graduate 2026 Intake. This 12‑week program trains you to become a specialist recruiter across areas such as Legal, Finance, and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – Engage with companies and secure new business.
• Candidate Sourcing – Conduct headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and networking.
• Process Management – Lead interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements.

Qualifications & Traits

• Background in a competitive or sporting activity (e.g., university level sport or committee involvement).
• Resilience and persistence – able to handle rejection.
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable working with people.
