General Operative / Forklift Driver

Location: Willenhall

Shifts available:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy manufacturing facility in Willenhall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on role and is looking for long‑term work within a well‑established company.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently within the manufacturing site.
• Sorting and moving boxes and materials throughout the production area.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Supporting production and warehouse operations as required.
• Carrying out manual handling duties.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• A valid, in‑date Forklift Licence (essential).
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and physical duties.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
