Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the engineering team
• Overseeing electrical design, NPI and engineering change processes
• Driving continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing
• Supporting production with Design for Manufacture initiatives
• Managing engineering projects and technical resources
• Supporting commercial quotations through BOM creation and labour estimates
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and engineering best practice

Requirements

• Previous engineering management experience within electrical manufacturing
• Strong understanding of electrical design and manufacturing processes
• Experience with ECNs, BOMs and NPI
• Knowledge of relevant electrical standards
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills
