Employment Solicitor, 4-8yrs PQE Respondent Work (Belfast)
A leading Belfast-based law firm is seeking an employment solicitor to join their highly regarded team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a respondent-focused workload, advising an impressive client base on a variety of high-quality employment law matters.
The Role
As part of the firms employment law team, you will handle a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Representing employers in tribunal claims and other contentious proceedings.
- Advising on workplace disputes, disciplinary matters, and grievance processes.
- Providing practical and strategic advice on redundancy, TUPE, and restructuring.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Supporting clients on complex issues such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing.
