Overview

Our client is a National Fibre Wholesaler partnered with the UK’s biggest fibre networks and has its own platform, offering unbeatable reliability and best in class security nationwide. Due to rapid growth, they are looking to recruit an additional Senior Account Director.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic, high‑value relationships with major wholesale partners.
  • Act as a senior commercial contact for large‑scale accounts with multi‑million revenue responsibilities between Account Manager and Sales Director.
  • Engage at C‑suite level, presenting confidently to executive stakeholders and shaping long‑term strategic plans.
  • Drive adoption of wholesale services across Telco and SaaS‑aligned offerings.
  • Influence through expertise, collaboration, and commercial insight, with no direct reports.
  • Take ownership of 1–2 large accounts, maintaining strong senior relationships and ensuring delivery of value, clarity, and long‑term partnership performance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in telecoms or the SaaS ecosystem, ideally within wholesale services.
  • Demonstrable success managing and growing large strategic accounts with multi‑million revenues.
  • Proven experience engaging and influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of long‑term commercial agreements, deal shaping, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to develop and execute long‑term account strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial and technical information.
  • Experience driving strategic sales outcomes over longer cycles.
