A friendly and inclusive primary school in Southall is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to play a key role in supporting young children during their most important developmental years.

Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering engaging learning experiences that support EYFS development goals
- Support children during classroom activities, play sessions, and outdoor learning opportunities
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional development
- Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and language development
- Help maintain a stimulating and organised learning environment
- Observe and contribute to assessments of children’s progress
- Support children’s wellbeing, safeguarding, and personal care needs where appropriate
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and school staff
About You
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
- Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting
- Possess a good understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework
- Be enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting young learners>
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Have a proactive approach and a willingness to contribute to school life
- Be dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
