Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of a busy footwear retail store
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge

• Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team
