A highly respected property company based in Glengormley is currently seeking to recruit an Estate Agent to join its established team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings (approximately 2.5 hours) as required. Flexibility is available where needed.

The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service for clients throughout each stage of the transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential property sales from first enquiry through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, purchasers and other key contacts.
- Carry out market research and property analysis to support valuations and sales activity.
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors and other professionals to keep transactions progressing.
- Negotiate offers and assist with all aspects of the sales progression process.
- Monitor property transactions through the legal stages, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide support across the wider property team when required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working within estate agency, property sales or a similar sales-focused environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Professional, proactive and commercially aware approach to work.
